Great variety of practices. The intensity and work-rate was kept high, although also allowed for the players to have fun by taking part in challenges. More than anything it gave players an insight into learning how to train at an appropriate pace and with quality. I have noticed a different attitude at the club and satellite training from the girls that attended. COACH.
